The community is requesting for a
phase lift to increase the dam height in order to increase
storage capacity to cope with the growing water demand in
this agricultural area.

Benefits
On
completion, this project will provide the following
benefits for the community:

Walking distance to water source will
be reduced, and so Mothers will have time to attend to
young children, and more time will be available for
Farming, soil conservation, and building schools. School
going children will have more time for their studies.
Group members will have more
plentiful, and cleaner water than before.
